Change Policy
Product returns can be made no later than 14 calendar days after the date of issue of the receipt or invoice.
Returns of defective goods are made at our company's expense after prior communication with the commercial department. After receiving the defective product and completing the required inspection, it is replaced and sent to the customer at no cost to the customer.
Returns related to product changes are made after prior notification of the commercial department. The product is returned to the company at the customer's expense and after the inspection is completed, it is replaced and sent back to him for a fee of €5.
Change conditions
- Products must be returned with their packaging in the condition they were purchased.
- Returns on socks and tights whose packaging has been opened are not accepted.
- Returns on socks and tights that have been tried on will not be accepted.
- Custom socks/make your own design returns are not accepted
Notes:
- If any of the aforementioned conditions are not met, the product is returned to the customer, who bears the shipping costs.
- The products to be replaced must be of equal or greater value than that of the returned products.
