e-socks.gr has the right to change the percentages of the discounts on the original prices of the products throughout the year and whenever it deems it appropriate without prior notification to its customers.

e-socks.gr has the right to postpone or not execute an order either due to lack of stock or for reasons related to inability to execute due to workload.

e-socks.gr welcomes the evaluation of its products and services. The publication of the evaluations is deemed necessary as a guide for new customers as well. e-socks.gr unilaterally reserves the right not to publish malicious evaluations and unfounded criticism.

e-socks.gr is not responsible for any wrong marking in the availability of the goods that came from a failure of the stock information system.

e-socks.gr is not responsible for any changes in the color shades of the products it sells.
e-socks.gr has as its first and exclusive priority the service of its customers and always tries to satisfy its orders quickly.

CUSTOM SOCKS

When the customer buys a pair of custom socks, he understands that you make this pair exclusively for him according to his wishes and instructions. This is a personalized order, which enables e-socks.gr for the first time in Greece, each interested party to manufacture his own sock according to the colors, images and even the text he wishes.

Some useful tips are as follows:

• The better possible resolution the image the customer uploads, the better the print on the stocking
• The printing on the sock is done with the most modern machines used worldwide. Nevertheless, it continues to be a print on fabric, let alone the sock, which has an elasticity in relation to a t-shirt. Therefore, the customer understands that the printing cannot be your photographic paper
• The content of each image uploaded by the concerned should not express hatred towards any individual or even group of people
• Content must not reproduce illegal activities
• Due to the way of printing you create right and left along the length of the sock, sometimes and depending on the color chosen by the customer, a faint vertical line in the color of the background of the sock which does not bother the eye at all
• We inform you that the result obtained from the preview of the final form of the sock may differ from size to size as the preview is calculated to depict the largest size which is the longest impression.

Important information

• These socks cannot be changed after they have been tried on
• The specific socks were not allowed to be changed to another size once their manufacture was completed
• Socks cannot be returned if the excuse is one of the tips above
• The socks cannot be exchanged for another product as this is a sock that you have made yourself
• Refunds according to the policy of e-socks.gr are not made. In the event of another reason not listed above, depending on the value of the products you have purchased, you can replace them with other
