Ways - Shipping cost

Orders are sent to consumers through a courier service company, and under the conditions governing its operation.

The shipping costs depending on the place of delivery, the volume and the weight of the order, are automatically filled in the order form, for the information of the consumer, when it is completed by the latter and are determined as follows:

For orders within Greece, the shipping cost is set at €3.70 if the customer chooses Economic shipping with delivery from 1-5 days.

Cash on delivery service is provided free of charge.

If the total cost of products exceeds €35, shipping costs are free.

e-socks.gr is only liable for fraud and gross negligence, in case of delay in the delivery of the ordered products.

Shipping methods

  • Economy shipping 4-5 days.
  • Fast shipping 2-3 days.
  • Express shipping 1 day (Only for central cities).

Returns

  • Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receipt.
  • Money is not returned back.
  • In the event of a desire to change the product due to the customer's fault, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

    ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ: Οι κατηγορίες #doyoudaresocks και Custom Socks ΔΕΝ θα αποστέλλονται αν έχει επιλεχθεί η αντικαταβολή ως τρόπος πληρωμής.
  • Μέσω τραπεζικής κατάθεσης: και εν συνεχεία αποστολή του αποδεικτικού κατάθεσης μέσω e-mail, ή τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία για διασταύρωση πληρωμής. Μετά τη διενέργεια ελέγχου ακολουθεί αποστολή της παραγγελίας σας.
